Legal Practice
Attorney Phillip J. Walker concentrates primarily in areas relating to international legal affairs. Among his practice areas, he has substantial experience with all aspects of U.S. immigration and personal status, as well as dispute resolution. He has also served as expert witness in issues relating to comparative law of the Islamic world.
Phil has over 10 years international legal experience, holding (in addition to his JD, cum laude, from Cornell Law School) a certificate in international and comparative law from Cornell Law School, and a certificate in international business transactions from the NH International Trade Resource Center in cooperation with UNH. He was been awarded the NH Bar Association's 2007 Daniel Webster award for achievement in international legal practice (download article (PDF).
Working solo, Phil has excellent relations with several well-established full service New England firms, as well as firms around the world, and can bring legal talent to bear as necessary on a problem if the size or complexity of the case warrants it.
